“I found the staff at the Long Eaton Branch of Robert Ellis very helpful. My main point of contact was Joely who was very good at finding out information from the sellers when I asked for additional information and was very reassuring when my buyer was delaying things and I was concerned that my sellers might lose patience and put the house back on the market. Buying and selling is a stressful business but Joely was calm and professional and I appreciated that.”

“When we had the property valued by Emma we were told that Robert Ellis had people lined up waiting to buy a bungalow like ours, which turned out not to be true. Having Joely as a point of contact was good and I am satisfied overall with the relationship I have had with her over the past year. It hasn't been an easy ride for us selling my father's property but we got there in the end.”

“I would never have used any other estate agents as I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with my home. From the very beginning I felt supported and listened to, and the communication was second to none. Joely is not only a lovely person to work with but she managed my sale end to end in a very efficient and professional way. It wasn't a smooth ride, but the housing process never is so I had the best experience I could possibly have had so I'm very grateful.”

“An excellent professional local agent who have a good grasp on the market and hence a good market share. We used them 24 years ago to buy & sell successfully and again this year to successfully resell that same property of 24 years ago. In the current market they managed to identify 3 strong potential buyers and secure a sale to one of those 3 within 2 months of going on the market; that sale subsequently ran successfully to completion. A job well done, thanks to Robert Ellis team for their efforts, patience and support through this task.”
