“I found the girls in the office very polite , courteous and professional I felt at the very beginning they were restricted by one of the directors reguarding the property I first set out to purchase however when we recently purchased our next property which we’ve now got they really went well above and beyond .recently huge thanks to holly torr who had no hesitation in keeping me informed and updated on a regular basis it really put my mind at rest thanks , The same needs to be said of dawne stokes at the very beginning as I dealt with dawne at the start then holly most recently I also dealt with Louise now and again It’s all about personal relationships , I know I didn’t use them to sell my house but I would now Have no hesitation Thanks for everything paul wade”

“As a first time buyer, the prospect of purchasing a house was very daunting, with a lot of unknown elements. Robert Ellis have done a fantastic job in keeping me up to date with information and keeping things as stress free as possible. In particular Marie Denham from RE and Matthew Rowntree from The Mortgage Company have been very helpful and have helped to make this process easier. Based on my experience with this purchase, I would definitely recommend Robert Ellis to anyone buying or selling a property. I do not have one complaint, 10/10. Many thanks, Michael”
