“When we had the property valued by Emma we were told that Robert Ellis had people lined up waiting to buy a bungalow like ours, which turned out not to be true. Having Joely as a point of contact was good and I am satisfied overall with the relationship I have had with her over the past year. It hasn't been an easy ride for us selling my father's property but we got there in the end.”

“I would never have used any other estate agents as I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with my home. From the very beginning I felt supported and listened to, and the communication was second to none. Joely is not only a lovely person to work with but she managed my sale end to end in a very efficient and professional way. It wasn't a smooth ride, but the housing process never is so I had the best experience I could possibly have had so I'm very grateful.”

“Robert Ellis and in particular Dawn Stokes made the process extremely easy and stress free. Would recommend. We would like to personally thank Dawn, out of the many Estate Agents who we came across she was the most professional and friendly Agent and stood out amongst the rest. “An excellent professional local agent who have a good grasp on the market and hence a good market share. We used them 24 years ago to buy & sell successfully and again this year to successfully resell that same property of 24 years ago. In the current market they managed to identify 3 strong potential buyers and secure a sale to one of those 3 within 2 months of going on the market; that sale subsequently ran successfully to completion. A job well done, thanks to Robert Ellis team for their efforts, patience and support through this task.”
