“Our sale and purchase were managed by Dawn and Holly at the Long Eaton branch. I honestly could not recommend them highly enough. From answering my questions to chasing solicitors, Dawn and Holly made the whole process as easy as possible. Our property sold within a week of being on the market, and we were able to complete on our desired date thanks to their dedication and support. Mark was also very attentive - calling personally to ensure that everything was going smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Robert Ellis again in the future - although, I do hope this will be a forever home for us!”

“The service I received from Robert Ellis at Arnold when selling my property was superb, I couldn't fault it. I dealt with a gentleman called Neill who came to value it, he was extremely professional and his knowledge of the housing market was exceptional - he certainly knew his stuff! He gave me lots of advice on the best way of selling and guided me through the whole process. This resulted in a very quick sale - less than a week!- and the whole thing went extremely smoothly without any hold-ups. Two ladies in the office, Megan and Lauren, were always available to answer any queries, always in a cheerful manner, and they kept me updated on how things were going either by telephone or email. I always thought selling a property would be stressful but with the help of the team at Robert Ellis, Arnold that wasn't the case at all! A big thank you to everyone involved.”

“We had a brilliant service from Robert Ellis when we decided to sell our house just a few months ago. In particular, we are most grateful to Lauren, Megan and Sandra, who dealt with us, but thanks also to all their support staff who were efficient and supportive throughout. Lauren came to our house and with confidence gave us a Valuation. We were pleased with the valuation and very soon we were seeing 8 prospective Purchasers. We soon made a decision and sold the property at the exact figure advised by Lauren. We were guided through the process with no trouble to Completion of the sale. Communication with Robert Ellis was great. Thank you so much.”

“Excellent service throughout from all the staff at the Long Eaton office handling our property sale, from valuation through to us handing the keys in. I must single out Louise for all her help and reassurance along the way. Just knowing she was a telephone call away greatly eased what can seem to be a very convoluted and fraught process at times. “Selling property is an investment we all know about and given the chance to own your property, we all need a lot of help along the way, if buying or selling or both. All the staff have been great over these years, almost 15 yrs. The recent sale of my property wasn't as smooth as we would have liked but with persistent help, clear advice, and faultless and perfect all support when things just didn't seem to be going in the right direction, even stalled at one point, I have to say Robert Ellis would always be recommended from me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
