“Evan helped me with extending my current Leave to Remain based on Private Life residency. I am very happy with his service. He's professional yet very personal and happy to take the time to listen to potential clients and provide his valuable advice, unlike the majority of lawyers out there, who wouldn't even talk to you unless you pay consultation fees. My case was relatively straight forward although there was always a risk for something to go wrong knowing the Home Office and you need to be prepared for the worse. Evan carefully collected and uploaded all the supporting documents to make sure I have everything to fulfil the Home Office requirements. To my absolute shock, only 1 month after my application I received the grant letter offering me an extension of my residency with no complications whatsoever! In 2024 im eligible to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain and there are no doubts that I want Evan to take on this case and represent me again in the future. Very grateful client! “When we first returned to the UK, my wife needed to file for a visa, because she is Japanese. We were totally overwhelmed by the stressful complexity of doing the application alone. So we decided to seek a professional to do this. Evan Remedios at RLegal was absolutely excellent at helping us during this stressful and uncertain time. He took the time to explain the process and options and guided us at every step of the way gathering the information, documents and vast resources that were necessary in proving my wife's right to remain. And then filling out the very long and complex application form. Once he had taken us through the process, he submitted the application and supporting documents on our behalf. While we were waiting for the application to be processed he kept us constantly fed back with updates, phoning HMRC to find out. “I dealt primarily with Julian and Evan. They were both very knowledgeable, competent, friendly and supportive during the entire indefinite leave to remain application process, which went very smoothly. One star off just because I had to contact them after not hearing back to check when my ILR card had arrived their offices to get it delivered to my address - it was only a few days delay. The rest of my experience was otherwise excellent and that single incident would not detract from employing their services again if needed.”
