Have dealt with Helen Conway before and she was so helpful then that we decided to use her expertise again. She got us the best deal possible, was so friendly and so efficient. Well done Helen, We’ll be back !

Gillian Stark has always been a true professional member of staff and we always use Gill for all our cruise book8ngs and we take 4 to 6 cruises per year and have done for the last ten years or so, she makes booking a cruise so simple and straightforward.

I would like to thank Helen Conway for her time, patience, and knowledge, in the very helpful way she enabled me to decide/choose my River Cruise on the Rhine for Sept. 2019, I did not feel rushed or pressured which I feel is very important.

It was refreshing to finally find someone who provided exceptional Customer Service. Helen Conway went the ‘Extra Mile’ to sort out our Scenic River Cruise when a mix up (on my part) happened. She kept us fully informed with several emails and phone calls. I feel confident that everything is now in place for a wonderful cruise. If, no when, we want to book another River Cruise, we will contact RV and ask for Helen!

Well, it's been almost 2 months since we made our final cruise payment, and River Voyages (first time we'd used RV) seems unable to provide anything showing that our payment was actually sent by RV to Amadeus and received by Amadeus. Now, we're less than 60 days before the cruise, and we have nothing showing we're actual valid fully-paid confirmed passengers. MANY emails to RV, and we're just told "they've requested" confirmation of payment. What, they don't receive confirmation when they make a payment to a cruise company? Of course they receive confirmation! We're very concerned.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review for us. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy regarding not receiving a receipt for your payment from Amadeus. We are a very reputable company and have won several awards over the years, We are fully ABTA bonded for your reassurance. As you can see from our review website we have an average rating of 4.79 out of 5. We have a contract with Amadeus and pay them on a statement basis, so this is why we can not provide you with an Amadeus receipt. However I can see you have received confirmation from ourselves showing that you have paid in full. You will receive your cruise tickets in due course normally around 10 days before you travel. Helen was very helpful and I was given a good price for various river cruises. It was a little disappointing that Avalon got the flight times wrong but this was soon sorted and no fault of River Voyages

Once again excellent service from Helen Conway. Nothing was too much trouble. Great friendly efficient service would definitely recommend. So looking forward to our cruise in August! Would also like to mention the service provided by the customer service dept is excellent too - very prompt and efficient replies!

Almost instant response to my email enquiry, Gillian Stark almost emailed me back before I had sent it :) . We asked a number of questions of Gillian and she answered them straight away as well. Gillian came up with a few cruise alternatives that suited our dates and as she was going to be out of the office she asked a collegue to follow up with us as she didn't want us to miss out on the last cabin in the catagory that we wanted. Simon her collegue followed it up in a email and was also very helpful in giving us information. By the time we were ready to book our cruise Gillian was back in the office and she went above and beyond to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. Speaking to Gillian on the phone was a pleasure and we thank her very much for her excellent customer service.
