“First time booking with this company and I found Lisa Mallon to be extremely pleasant and helpful and dealt with every aspect of the cruise that I needed. She called me back when she needed to obtain further information from the company that we are due to travel with.”

“Given a phone number to book and at no time was I informed that I would be speaking to another company. Weird and could have been most embarrassing!! Other than that it was straightforward.”

“Booked last year and had a marvellous experience from booking to sailing Decided to e mail Shirley McCue as she looked after us brilliantly last year guiding us along the way as first time river cruise passengers Hence why we have booked again this year”

“Very helpful person on the phone, She answered all my questions. She was quick and efficient in finding me the holiday we wanted. I had spent a lot of time on the internet and couldn't find the right cabin for the right price on the dates we wanted. Zoe made a call to the company and within half an hour my holiday was booked. i just hope the trip is as good as the service i have received so far.”

“Elizabeth (Wright) was very helpful and pointed out a very good deal with Avalon. The only drawback has been that I received an email confirming my booking with the wrong booking reference and the wrong ship on it. Still havent had confirmation of the cruise. Res no. 107792.”

“I responded to an email from River Voyages, but the holiday I was interested in wasn't on the system. However, Chris was extremely helpful and tracked down what I was looking for. His communications were timely, helpful and very enthusiastic. If the rest of the process is as straightforward as the booking, it will be perfect. I've already passed on details to friends.”
