“Rather soon togive a review. All I have experienced so far is the booking procedure and contact with the team concerning a query. In each case, the service has been good and fast. Accuracy will have to wait on events in the future. No complaints.”

“Booked our River Cruise on line with no problem at all. I rang your office with a query and the query was dealt with most efficiently by a friendly, knowledgeable member of your team. Excellent! Would book with your company again and have no problem in recommending you to a friend. Well done!”

“From the time i contacted Debbie South everything was just perfect.. she found the right cruise we were looking for and she was so efficient. She was always available to answer all of my many queries. She even did the online check in for the 4 of us in 2 cabins.Price was quite competitive too. All in all we were very satisfied.”

“We booked our holiday by phone, and was very impressed by the overall service, giving a full explanation of the package. We were given cabin options and flight connection information to help us enjoy this special occasion for my wife's 60th birthday. This was followed up by email confirmation. The staff were courteous and well informed, giving us much confidence in booking with your company. We look forward to the river cruise. T”

“Excellent service from your telesales concierge/s, very knowledgable, lovely telephone manners. This being most welcome as this will be our first river cruise. If our actual holiday is as enjoyable as the booking process has been then we are in for a treat.”

“Your company cancelled our cruise on the 22nd. December despite payment being made by ourselves on the 3rd. December. This left us with no time to sort out an alternative. The cruise line were not impacted. Your company lost £100. Our New Year holiday was completely ruined by the incompetence of your finance department and the excuse given that they did not understand the cruise line's payment terms beggars belief. We still await a response from your managing director.”

“Can't give a review on online shopping as we arranged our holiday over the phone (but I had to press something)! However, I can say that the phone booking experience was excellent and the young lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the emails we have since received have been confusing and contradictory. I would much rather deal with pleasant people than frustrating machines any day!”

“A very good experience until it came to pay the deposit. The call centre op. at first said that the full price was payable immediately. When this was queried she said that the manager would give us a one week extension. After ringing emerald cruises and being told that the full amount was due on 23 January I got your call centre grudgingly to extend full payment deadline to 8 January. You must have serious cash flow problems to try this on with your customers. mike kelly”

“River Voyages just seem to be good at marketing once they have taken your deposit they really don't seem to care.Quite honestly their handling of the administration to conclude the booking of the holiday I booked was extremely unprofessional.To make sure the Holiday was booked correctly I dealt directly with Riviera Travel the Holiday provider who were extremely helpful.
