“The customer service was superb! Helen was so patient and helpful; she tried her very best to find the right dates for us at the right price, which she did! She had all the necessary information to hand and definitely knew her stuff. She made the whole process so simple. I would definitely use them again.”

“Sue did a great job despite us giving her a difficult challenge to find a suitable cruise, and she did an amazing job. Follow up calls and emails all arrived when she said they would and we are looking forward to the river cruise later in the year.”

“Helen Conway was exceptional in the service she provided. There was a discrepancy between the itinerary online and in the brochure. She stayed on after her working hours to establish which one was correct and informed us first thing in the morning on the following day.”
