I asked for a hard copy of the cruise and I was told a month ago that it would be sent but it still hasn't arrived

I was pleased with the person I booked through for my China trip, but then I had an email from yourselves with an attachment from Viking Cruises about a Chinese visa. When I rang your office I was told that you do not deal with this. After speaking with Viking they said as you are the agent then when I want to go ahead with the visa I have to pay you the fee then you pass if on to V iking who deal with the visa. It was not made very clear to me and I seemed to have the run around.

Our inquiry was dealt with very efficiently and in a friendly manner. All our questions were answered on the first phone call and outstanding queries were answered the next day. The resulting booking of our River Cruise couldn't have been easier!

Ben did everything he said he would do - always called back when he had promised to do so, did his utmost to explain everything. I wasn't 100% certain how the final figure was arrived at, or how it would have been any different if I'd gone to Emerald direct - perhaps that could be made clearer when getting the details. Overall, very happy - I just hope I don't see the same trip offered in the future at a big saving. I'd really be annoyed at that! Harold Mead

We found the process of booking very efficient after some problems with availability we eventually found a cabin to suit our requirements and your agent was obviously doing his best

I spoke with DEBBIE SOUTH during the weekend. My booking was rather complicated due to health reasons, however DEBBIE was understanding and helpful and managed to get us a very good deal for our cruise. I will certainly use your company again . Thank you again Debbie. Hazel Adebogun

Very pleasant lady Katherine took our our requirement,discussed them with us then went away to call the cruise company,came back quickly what service !!! Very pleased with the overall efficiency of the company.

I have had no email confirmation or postal confirmation since booking. The agent was very helpful but subsequent lack of communication is disappointing. I have had no receipt for the payment . I booked a specific cabin, &flights & would like confirmation of that, together with the voyage. Please submit this to river voyages.

Booked a cruise recently and found the concierge most helpful in finding out the train times for the outward journey. So far so good; fingers crossed the cruise matches the service when booking!

I had been looking to tak ea Douro River Cruise for some years. But the cost always put me off as it was so expensive. But I was alerted by the Riviera Travel brochure and simultaneously an online alert that there were available some cruises where there was no suplement for single cabin occupancy. With the help of the internet, I was able to form an opinion on the quality of the ship and over the Easter weekend I was able to book an August 2015 cruise which meets all my requirements. It will be 4 months before I take the cruise, so it is difficult to form a total opinion at this time. But the booking process was totally aggravation-free. Stewart Reuben

Donna was very helpful in selecting our holiday and also did her best to try and help with the seating in the coach by ringing back later informing us that we could reserve seating in the front 3 rows of the coach by paying a little extra as my husband is 80 years old and we required easy accessfor getting on and off the coach. We would definitley use you again.
