“Our enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently although as we had to pay the full amount of our cruise immediately there was some confusion regarding payment by debit or credit card which cost us an unnecessary extra £85.”

“Booking was processed quickly. Concierge was polite and efficient. The on-line booking management system is user friendly. One negative, the concierge promised the Booking Confirmation would be emailed to me and I would receive it within 30 minutes. This was only achieved by by-passing the River Voyages computer delivery system. Through the system it took 4 days.”
