“The agent was very helpful and friendly, and worked out for us the best arrangement for the journey out to join the cruise, putting in a request for a flight at a reasonable hour.”

“Having never been on a river cruise before, we found that our Cruise Concierge, Simon Collinge, covered all aspects of the cruise in detail and led us to the best choice. The cruise lived up to Simon's description and delivered all the aspects we wanted. We are very grateful, we loved the cruise.”

“Very good ships,crew & itinerary.All together a very enjoyable cruise with interesting places to visit.Indeed we have met many other people who have been on similar cruises(not with us) and they have also said how much they have enjoyed the experience.”

“Nothing seemed to much trouble when I enquired about a Danube Cruise, Susan Burton came back to us with tailored suggestions after noting our detailed requirements. When we emailed back the following day (Sunday) to confirm our booking Susan was offered so we received an out of office message however, her colleague Emma Gray picked up a copy of the email and contacted me, went off and spoke with cruise line came back with a few options and we then confirmed our choice and booking, excellent service. Finally, the finishing touch was Emma sending confirmation email and stating that booking had been completed on behalf of her colleague Susan Burton, excellent.”

“Susan was so positive when I spoke to her. I was half hearted about a river trip but she made me feel it was a good idea and that she would help get an interesting cabin: which she did. No question seemed too difficult - such as flights at sociable times, airports.”
