“Excellent service from Lyndsey McCracken in negotiating the transfer of our 11 July Rhine Cruise to the same one next year at the same price. Lyndsey did what she said she would do in terms of communication, which it has to be said, most people don't do these days. Prompt paperwork follow-up as well - a very good experience - thanks Lyndsey.”

“Had to cancel River Cruise due to forthcoming operation, cancelled due to Covid 19 Pandemic. Unable to get to know when this would happen and River Cruise booked September. Estelle Peachey dealt with our query with so much help and understanding and we are very grateful to her. Thank you Estelle”

“Had a problem with future River Cruise and decided that we would cancel due to operation being cancelled and no date given for future, due to Covid 19. Estelle Peachey was xcelent in the way she dealt with our query. All sorted and very pleased with outcome thank you for all your help, you couldn't have been for helpful”
