“I was trying to book a river cruise and had date and cost constraints. I could have spent ages trawling through looking for a suitable one but Gill was fantastic and within about 5 minutes had come up with two suitable trips. The only problem then was I had to decide which one !!!”

“Susan Burton was a very helpful and pleasant representative. We have booked what we wanted, although the print copy of the Confirmation had a few typo errors about which I shall be speaking to Susan as soon as I have sent this e-mail. You are fortunate in employing such a representative who seems to know how to deal with customers and potential customers in a satisfying manner. [I am slightly surprised that you ask for comments before the trip takes place but I assume another questionnaire will follow after we have travelled.]”

“I telephoned on Sunday and left a message. I'm was contacted promptly. I have never been on a river cruise before. Kathy was extremely helpful. We have friends (living in Spain) who .booked the same cruise direct with the cruise company. We are now going on the same cruise with them thanks to Kathy. I was very impressed with the service. In this day and age people are not prepared to go the extra mile. Thank you and well done. I will recommend you company again”

“Our cruise consierge Helen Conway is exceptionally good at her job. She spent a long time, with a cheerful, patient manner, assisting us to choose a cruise. She was efficient, knowledgeable and went way beyond what she needed to, to give us guidance and additional advice. I cannot praise her highly enough and would seek her help again.”
