“Excellent service with a personal touch which is often missing with other suppliers. Phone calls were answered promptly and my order was shipped on the same day. After-sales support was also excellent with one issue which needed to be resolved.”

“We tried Rinaldo’s special blend coffee in Kendal and loved it. When we returned home we ordered some more . It’s a great blend not too strong and a silky taste.”

“Absolutely fantastic. Rinaldo was excellent in answering my questions swiftly and concisely before I placed an order for a new ECM espresso machine. My order was placed on a Monday and my lovely new machine arrived well-packed the following day, along with some complimentary award-winning beans! The machine itself is everything I was hoping for, and the service was impeccable, and for those reasons I can highly recommend Rinscoffee.com.”

“Took a coffee making course with Rinaldo, all the team were absolutely lovely and very chatty. You could see Rinaldo's enthusiasm coming through and he was a very patient and eloquent teacher! Built massively on the basic barista skills I already had, and he gave me insights on lots of elements I didn't even realise were involved in coffee making! Rinaldo treated me to an oat cappucino at the end and the coffee's flavour was gorgeous, unlike any I've had before!! Will definitely been going back, would highly recommend!”

“Excellent service from Rinaldo's. My Gaggia Classic machine arrived quickly and I am getting to grips with it now after a couple of days. It was a lovely touch that Rinaldo included a pack of their own-roast beans, it made the transaction feel much more personal and we love their coffee!! Thank you Rinaldo and team.”
