“Rinaldo was happy to share his espresso machine experience over the phone before I placed an order for some replacement/upgrade parts. I ordered before 3pm and my order arrived the next day. :) My espresso machine is now back up and running and better than before. Thank you Rinaldo.”

“I’m enjoying the pot-luck option each month . I’m surprised at how different each coffee tastes . If I’m honest I can’t taste all the flavours on the tasting notes but I can distinguish between a “ fruity” one and a more robust/bitter one . My sense of taste hasn’t been the same since my Covid jab to be honest but I had no choice really as I work with vulnerable people .”

“We always get a warm welcome at the shop. Great staff ( and owner).You always find out something interesting about the coffee and what is due in for your next visit. Latest coffee from Papua New Guinea was not one I would have chosen, but it tastes great. Thank you.”

“I'm a tea lover and having tried so many different loose leaf tea brands over the years Rinaldo's is the one I'm going to be sticking with. Their Golden Yunnan mixed with my favourite classic teas is a revalation. Their prices are fair and delivery and packaging spot on. I couldn't be more happy. Thank you.”

“This week’s bag of ‘Zambia’ single origin whole beans is magnificent. That first, fresh grind early in the morning is enough to give anyone a lift. This coffee has a delicious taste - really interesting flavours. Thanks Rin and team, you have produced the perfect start to a day.”

“We love Rinaldo loose leaf tea. Very good service. Arrived within a day or two or ordering. Excellent value. We’ve tried other suppliers for earl grey tea- but found it too expensive for everyday use. Rinaldo win my vote. Thank you.”
