“We had tried Rinaldo coffee whilst on holiday in the Lake District in February, and loved it so much we purchased the Espresso coffee so we can enjoy at home. Prompt service, and lovely to get a handwritten note to thank us for the order. Feel assured we will be ordering from you again, when we have got through this one!”

“Visited to talk about buying an ECM machine. Both Rin and Ash were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Rin setup the machine for me when it was ready to collect and took the time to thoroughly show me how to work and clean the machine. Even sent me a part I left behind in the excitement on next day delivery. Takeout coffees are great quality and very reasonably priced for care that goes into making them. Great service all round (shame it’s 90mins drive away or I would be there every day!)”

“This is the place to go to be 'converted' to drinking 'proper coffee' - excellent products and impartially offered advice from knowledgeable, delightful staff. “Decided to purchase the travel bundle - very impressed. Prompt delivery, arrived the next day 😊 The tea strainer is brilliant, makes brewing tea leaves so much easier! No more tea bags for me! I have just used the AeroPress and pleasantly surprised, easy to use and the coffee it makes is amazing 😉 I cant wait to go on holiday now so I can take it with me!”

“My wife is a rooibos aficienado so I bought some of Rinaldo's rooibos for her as a gift with a little trepidation. It went down a treat and she loves it. Top service, product quality and packaging from Rin as always.”

“Another spot on order. A couple of new items recommended by Ash and both turn out winners, a nice little hand written note in the package, which again was excellently presented. Cheers Ash.
