“First had some of Rinaldos Earl Grey in the Lake District. My wife said it was the best she'd tasted. Recently ordered a large bag of the Earl grey and some oolong for me. Delivered quickly well packaged. Gorgeous tea highly recommend it. Looking forward to trying some of their other teas and coffees too.”

“There's none better than the team at Ronaldo's for knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and speedy service. There's always a warm welcome when gong into the shop and orders placed online are received in the post within twenty four hours. A great selection of both coffee and tea available with ethical credentials. Why would you go anywhere else?”

“Rinaldo's is superb. Parking is easy, the shop is loaded with great coffee gear. It was so nice to see all the Kinto products. Very nice fresh served coffee, superb Barista Emily :-). There's a nice selection of coffee beans from different countries. Just a great coffee place!”

“Very prompt response to order. Fantastic quality products, beautifully packaged. The liquorice and aniseed tea is the best I have had. Will definitely be re-ordering when I need more. Nice to support an independent trader. Thank you”

Hi Ian, Oh no! we thought we had resolved the issue with the subscription as we refunded you when you ordered. You should be able to add on to your subscription if it's done ahead of time, if the subscription has been processed then you can't add on afterwards. Hope that makes sense but let us know if not. All the best.
