“Biscuits and coffee excellent as always, would have given a 5 but the delivery let you down.
When given the delivery date knew I was not going to be home until after 10pm so went and changed it to another day and got confirmation date changed but they delivered it on the original date worried that parcel would not be there when I got home”

“I ordered the Monty for a present for my aunt. The order was free delivery so I tried to add x 2 pkts of my favourite biscuits as a treat to myself because I work very hard. The free delivery dissaperared so I cancelled my bics off the order. Shame really because you could have made me very happy and made an extra Ā£6. Anyway, the order arrived free of charge and my aunt was really happy.

“I placed my first order with Ringtons and I was shocked to receive three bashed in torn boxes of out of date chocolate marshmallows. I phoned customer service and they asked me to send photographs of the bashed in out of date bexes which I did. They delt with my complaint swiftly, they apologised and issued me with a refund. They also gave me a Ā£5 online voucher as a compensation for their mistake. They vere very quick at rectifing the complaint.”

“Normally I would say ringtons are brilliant, however on this occasion I have to say not do good - advertised hampers for Motherās Day which I ordered but it was delivered a couple of days later - well over 3 weeks in advance of Motherās Day - surprise spoilt - been told in an email that itās normal ora rice to send out within a couple of days - should have been in my opinion sent out to coincide with Motherās Day - now have to buy something else to give on the day š§š””
