“We love Ringtons Tea in my family. We've been married for 49 years this year and had Ringtons from day 1 . My Mum & Dad always had Ringtons too . For years when i was working Mum would get my Tea bags for me . Always had lovely getting lovely treats for us to try . My Husbands says your Short bread biscuits are the best . My Daughter loves your Coffee bags . I have gifted your Tea Bags to my friends who also now love them . Now we're retired we look forward to Paul's visits with his basket full of goodies. Can't recommend your products highly enough. We even take Tea Bags when we go on holidays. And just love it when we stop gor a cuppa and find they serve Ringtons, just makes our day . “Sorry to say this but you have reduced the number of tea bags in your packets; Lemon and ginger and peppermint and redbush which means I go elsewhere! The lemon and ginger has changed its flavour and is not as nice now, in fact I’ve stopped getting it.”

Some of our tea and infusions are now boxed in 20's, marketing insights found that customers wanted to purchase in smaller quantities, hence changing the quantities to be available in 20's. Your experience matters to us, and we'd love to hear more about your concerns. If there's anything we can do to assist you or if you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out. The good news is that although there has been a change in packaging and quantity, the Lemon & Ginger infusion has not had any change at all to it and exactly the same blend.

“We absolutely love our decaf tea I was introduced to it in a cafe and asked them what tea was it, it was Ringtons and I was out driving one day and saw a Ringtons van so I stopped and they gave me a sample box and from then on I was hooked”

“My Mum got me into Ringtons years ago. Forbme, it is the best tea I have ever tasted and I’ve tried a few! If I’m going to have a cuppa, it has to be good - I don’t want to drink mediocre tea. I love the breakfast tea as i like a builders brew but it is never bitter. The only other tea I will tolerate is at a couple of higher end high street super markets but I have discovered that Ringtons produce it for them so at least if I miscalculate my door step delivery order, I know I can get a very excellent alternative. Thank you Ringtons ☺️”

“I tried Ringtons Gold Tea at Chatsworth Fair, amazing (and im from yorkshire ;-) )! I now have the fortnightly delivery, Dean is friendly and helpful.
I buy the white choc chip cookies as I've gluten intolerant and any who has them can't tell the difference!
I'm just working my way through the new teas, bedtime I love, but don't leave the tea bag in. Lemon and ginger - perfect, also nice with a spoonful of honey and a slice of lemon. Digest gets a thumbs up from very particular peppermint fan who has colitis.”
