“Delivery was a birthday gift. Two days late,no email informing me of delivery or it was going to be late. Asked for extra item to be put in gift,was not added and invoice was in gift parcel,not good,you had a billing address different from gift address. I have sent many gifts and never had in oice put in a gift,. Not pleased”
“Quality of products is, as always, great. The problem we've encountered this time is very poor packaging for a delivery. First delivery had no packing material at all, so delicate biscuits were all squashed. Replacement delivery had some packing, but the individual boxes were not protected, and consequently 2 thirds of boxes were again squashed.”
“Total confusion over delivery / delivery address / date / not delivering / did not tell us....... Asked for a manager to call regarding another matter over a year ago but they never did. However, nice people, try hard but could be so much better.”
