“The delivery came but the pot was broken and the gift box was badly damaged, certainly could not be given as gifts, not a good experience especially as it was my first order”
“Missing item just before christmas. When phoned they lied saying it had been refunded and an email sent. Its three days after christmas still no email or refund. Woman on the phone was so rude, she stopped just short of saying I couldn't give a dam and won't help. Will have to ring them back in the new year about refund”
“I ordered these biscuits paid via Amazon pay. The delivery address was incorrect I rang Ringtons first thing Monday morning for them to be unhelpful and said they couldn’t change the delivery address. I contacted Amazon pay and they said the delivery address could be change as the order hadn’t been dispatched, contact Ringtons again and they said I couldn’t change the delivery address.”
“I ordered a packet of ginger biscuits and chocolate Brazil biscuits . The ginger ones were a disappointment as I they were bought as part of a gift. Both people who tried them said they were soft on one side , almost as if something wet had been spilt on part of the packet , I was going to contact Ringtons Big disappointment”

“Took 21 days from order to delivery, despite being sent as 1st classed tracked. I was lied about my parcel being dispatched. Took almost a week to chase up. Ordered 7th Dec to avoid issues due to postal strikes. My parcel was dispatched 12 after order but customer service told me it had already been dispatched days before and was a courier issues causing delays. No explanation. Use eingtons several times a year spent over £120 in the last 12 months”
“Still haven’t received my order which was delivered placed on 13/12/2022 and was told received by Evri on same day, gutted my dad was left with no Xmas present”
“I am so disappointed. I always order from Ringtons at Christmas but this will be the last time. Unless you change who delivers. I have waited weeks for my delivery and kept tracking it through EVRI website and it was at their depot for weeks. I complained yesterday to EVRI so it has just been delivered( Sunday 18th Dec).The box was squashed and everything in it. I cant use half of it for Christmas presents. I have had to decant the packets from the gift boxes and wrap them myself. Also almost every packet has been squashed so the biscuits are broken. Very disappointed and I spent a lot of money.”

I contacted customer services last week who simply were not interested and used every excuse possible for the delay without taking some ownership of the problem. A real shame as we have used this company for years, we certainly cannot recommend to others!”

“Parcel was delivered “successfully” by Evri. If you count propped against the door which sits on the path of a main road and was taken as successful. I don’t! Fantastic emailed picture of it too. The item was a small gift for my mum who usually buys a different brand from a supermarket so will stick with them in future.”
“I picked my order, and continued to checkout. I have been charged £7 for next day delivery. I didn't want next day delivery. But had no choice. Couldn't get in contact with anybody because this was on a Saturday .Delivery was suppose to be free. So be careful Did contact Ringtons but no joy”
