I have also messaged customer services through their chat option as I needed (ok, I wanted) to buy butter toffees. The gentleman responded immediately to the chat, he was kind and patient and he understood my dire situation lol. He let me know when a van would be in my area again and sent the driver a message to call in at my address. Thank you Ringtons for your long standing tradition.
