“My parcel came slightly damaged, I believe a courier issue. I contacted Ringtons and they responded within a few minutes. Within 2 days I had a replacement item. The service was amazing, they were totally understanding the item was for a gift. Thanks very much for the great service!”

“I loved the Hot chocolate so much that I ordered more and the delicious ginger snaps are absolutely amazing. I've now received my 3rd order of the Breakfast Loose leaf tea bundle as I want to get away from teabags which may contain microplastics, unfortunately the Royal mail delivery was delayed and was a day later than usual.”
