“Have been a customer for years as I live the products. However in the middle of March I made an online order on quick delivery. The chocolate Mallows were out of date. I had a very quick response and apology and within 2 days had a fresh delivery. This too was also out of date so I requested a refund. Ringtons claim to have previously discussed out of date Mallows with there packers yet it still occurred. Stung twice so I'm reluctant to order online again. It's an hours journey to the nearest shop that sells them and don't want to use the doorstep salemen just to stock up on biscuits as I don't buy the tea and. Coffee. Disappointed customer”

“I used to work for Ringtons in the 90s and Iāve never stopped drinking their tea, I drink the gold tea as I like it strong and you can taste the flavours, yes you pay that little bit extra but you are getting it delivered to your door and with more in the goody basket, Iād never drink anything else but Ringtons tea”

“The delivery was a Motherās Day gift so to be delivered elsewhere so I donāt know what it is like yet. Both my mother and her neighbour are away this week, so I had to change the safe place then the date. The tracking service only allows you to make one change so I could not change the date!
The Royal Mail delivered a day earlier than the original email and left the package somewhere different. I just hope it wonāt be too soggy when it is collected!
So, beware of the Royal Mail tracking service.”

“We started getting Rington's delivered during the pandemic. Because of my health conditions, we were on the highest level of isolating, so we weren't getting out much, and as well all know, stocks of some items were running low. We saw them in the village (and they might have come to the village market) and looked them up, and the rest is history as they say!
We went into loose leaf black tea with them as we all love a good cup of tea... or 2! We started trying some of their other products and I absolutely fell in love with their hot chocolates! It's been fun to see how they've managed to expand their business further! I know people on my mum's street that have started using Rington's since seeing us use them.
I love when our delivery person comes with their basket of goodies, and when they get to know you, they personalise the basket a bit more to your tastes. It feels like a very old fashioned, yet somehow young and hip (and the new packaging is decidedly more chic!). I think the new herbal teas help with this younger vibe - yes they're actually traditional flavours, but boy has the marketing team gone all out on this one! The "digest" tea very much reminds me of a tea I used to get when I lived in Germany, which I appreciate.
I really enjoy their "treats" as well as their themed special items each season. They're collectible, in my opinion, and I'm enjoying choosing one or two pieces from each new set. All their items make for lovely gifts, too.
My one ask, please, Please, PLEASE do more of your biscuits in gluten free!”
