“I ordered a biscuit/tea hamper for my long time friends for Christmas. I was told by email that it had been delivered so waited for my friend to thank me. One week later I asked her about it as I was upset she hadn't mentioned it. She said that the message card was from an accountant company, not me so didn't know I had sent them. I rang Ringtons and complained, told them this could have caused a break in a long friendship, the lady said they would refund me. I was refunded ?1 for my message card and no letter of apology. I am very upset with the customer service and even though the biscuits, according to my friend were lovely, I won't be buying from them again.”
