Totally my fault but I emailed as soon as I’d realised it had the wrong delivery address and it took 3 days for customer services to come back to me to apologise for the emails not working , by this point I already had the item so it was too late . It was my fault but didn’t think that apology 3 days later was very good and can’t believe a company as large as Ringtons took that long to sort the problem .”

“The biscuits were excellent as always, the only problem came with the delivery…packing biscuits into a cardboard box with little to no bubble wrap results in many broken items. I expect the biscuits left whole but sadly delivery drivers are not always that careful. Maybe a bit of wrap could help. Would buy again as the ginger snaps were gorgeous.”

“I ordered on a Sat evening & when I paid the delivery address reverted to my own, I used Apple Pay. This meant I had to repost from my home to the recipient. Whilst maybe this was not Ringtons fault I think they should have accepted some responsibility as there was no one I could contact to cancel until the Mon am, I believe when parcels are being sent due to busy periods eg Christmas then the Customer should be able to cancel or edit. I therefore find it unacceptable that ringtons did not refund postage & the cost became almost 50% of the purchase price of the goods . Not in my opinion good customer service. I have ordered thugs several times online from ringtons but would consider long and hard before doing so again”
