“I haven‘t received my order yet. I ordered tea on 2nd April. It‘s not Ringtons fault, my order seems to be stuck at the customs clearance. UPDATE: My order finally arrived after calling DHL Express. The customs clearance in Germany wanted a proven invoice and a copy of the bank statement for this payment. Incomprehensible! Now I can finally enjoy this wonderful tea and biscuits again that I had to do without for so long (BREXIT). Thank you Ringtons for your kind answer!”
“Printed only half of the gift card so recipients didn’t know who it was from this is the second time this has happened and did contact them about but they didn’t reply. Bad when you have to pay extra for the gift card and it’s just a printed bit of paper as well. Won’t be using again due to know customer service response”
