“Tea is as usual great. However service was awful. Your system managed to change my address the postcode was correct but you changed the road to somewhere else entirely. My post person managed to find my parcel just before it was returned to you. I had already paid ?40 ish.Your staff on the phone were VERY unhelpful and just kept saying it was my fault and they were not interested. Not sure I will ever bother using your service again”
“Rintons tea is second to none. Gold being a favorite full of flavour. Decaffeinated to me is best on the market. Normally mine are delivered via rintons door to door delivery man. Lately I have missed his regular call, so ive had to order on line. Ordering was easy and delivery was on time. Only difference for me is I don't have to pay for delivery with my door to door deliveryman. Overall rintons is 9/10.”
