“During my call to Rightio I advised the receptionist of the urgency to gain access to my property as we had a baby requiring to be fed. She advised that an engineer would be on site within an hour. The engineer quickly opened the door. He diagnosed the problem and advised costs. He returned to replace the lock within the the alotted time and the work was completed quickly. The engineer was polite and gave the impression that he knew what he was doing. This was the first time that I have had lock replaced, I was surprised how expensive it was.”

“Radiator valve not closed therefore water damage. Plumber did not show up on date booked. Tank replaced is smaller than the one removed. Debit card charged without asking. Terrible experience overall.”

“I told you exactly what was wrong with my tap, I think it's unexplainable to charge me £96 +vat to tell me it isn't repairable then tell it would cost £650 + for a replacement, when I then got a replacement for £365 . It really isn't except able”

“Poor service Repeatedly told the plumber was coming out to be and then not contacted to say that they would not be coming out.this meant i had to keep waking early which terribly exacerbated my pain condition”

“The plumber was very friendly and understanding which was much appreciated. No work was carried out, at my property, I had called someone out as my neighbour was accusing me of causing damage to his property.”

“Ref. Job 5781380 12/9/17 Requested emergency callout to fix a radiator. Service was very good and we are happy with the end result. Your service engineer (Kamil) was exemplary. He was industrious and knowledgeable and (unusual these days) very personable and courteous in his dealings. He is a good ambassador for your company. Although there was some initial delay. Being realistic, this is no doubt due to heavy call-out demands. I was on originally dealt with well by the office and kept informed of developments by them. Thank-you. E.R. Long Eaton, Derbyshire”

“I was told an engineer would be with me within the hour, but it was over an hour and a half. When he arrived he was unable to fix my problem because it came from the external pump house which I share with my neighbours. Your website claims there is no call out fee, yet I am still being charged for this because he apparently did a 'diagnostic'. I think paying £99 +VAT for someone to tell me he can't fix it is a bit much, so I won't be using your services again and will tell my friends on social media not to either. Hope I win my money back!”

“I had a problem getting a Gas Safe engineer to connect a gas hob and searched the web and found RIGHTIO. I telephoned at approximately 9am and given prices subject to the length of the installation time. I explained the old had had been removed and ask for a quick 'call out'.I was informed 10 am - 1pm and would be informed by phone in the next 30 minutes. This happened and Charlie was at my house at 11.10am, completed the job in an hour at the price quoted. Great work RIGHTIO and Charlie. 10/10 Nigel Hall”

“Derek Harvey 1 review Published 75 minutes agoJUST DON'T The engineer who lived in Plumstead came to Uckfield to fix my toilet systern. It is behind a very small panel in the wall and extremely difficult to access. He removed the part which just needed a washer. He then dropped the whole assembly down the back of the tank and onto the floorboards such that it was inaccessible. Appointments were made for 4 consecutive Saturdays because on each one of them I received a phone call between 7 and 7.30 a.m. saying he couldn't make the appointment even though I checked before on the Thursday or Friday that he was coming. They would not refund me. Eventually on the fourth occasion they said he lived too far to return and would refund me £150 plus £15 compensation. This was credited to my credit card which they'd immediately taken payment off after the initial visit. Complete waste of time, nightmare, stressful. Unprofessional untruthful and disorganised company. Charged extortionate £119/hour + vat for the pleasure of having left the cistern in a worse condition than when they arrived, walking off the job and causing me considerable worry and convenience. The local firm I got in to rectify the mess Rightio had left in their wake charged just £65/hour plus vat. Heed my warning and DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY with a barge pole. They're based based in Birmingham with no idea of how to provide a nationwide plumbing service.”
