“At a normally difficult time to arrange a tradesman in a short time frame you sent a plumber to try to fix a fault, and when this resulted in a new boiler being necessary, this was arranged within a few days to fit in with our needs. All of this was done professionally by polite staff, and we were always kept informed. Thank you.”

“As I required an engineer to come back a second time, it was really useful to have the same person twice as my parents are both housebound and elderly. The engineer was polite and engaging. As the 2nd visit was on a day that was snowing heavily and it was between Christmas and new year Rightio still managed to get me help on the same day as I contacted them, which was much appreciated.”

“Very happy to get my plumbing sorted the same day. Possibly a little on the expensive side but for the service I would use Rightio again.”
