“Phil was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and installed a new shower in no time. He was cheerful and explained as much as I wanted to know, in an easy and understandable way. I would not hesitate to ask Rightio for any future jobs if all employees were as knowledgeable as Phil. I am pleased I contacted Rightio.”

“Needed help with a leak from the cylinder tank. Very efficient service from start to finish, phone operator Kate was very helpful and understanding, arranged for a plumber to come within a few hours. Engineer Matt came, covid safe, polite and courteous, did a great job, gave explanations and breakdown of costs. Would highly recommend - thank you!”

“This was a last minute call out I needed and Rightio were very helpful and managed to get a plumber out first thing in the morning. The plumber Craig O'Neill phoned in advance of arrival and arrived when he said he would! He was chatty and explained what he was doing and the job was done within the hour. I would highly recommend using this firm and will definitely use them again in the future.”
