“First phonecall about 4.30 pm,told plumber would phone within 30 mins nothing until getting on for 6 informed suppliers were closing so would call back at 9am next day, pointed out this was too late for me so agreed 8am. No phone calls at all until 12 noon, when I was told plumber was on his way. Pointed out I had already resorted the job and told them not to bother turning up. Incidentally during the 6pm call on the previous day the price was reduced from £129 to £99 how does that work. Company is a waste of space do not use!!!”

“Prompt response to request on telephone regarding a leak advised their Engineering Department would contact me within 30 minutes and they did with a time for the plumber. (2 hours from my initial call) They also rang later to say caught in traffic and delay 15 minutes. Sure enough turned up at revised time. After assessing the problem a length of pipe was replaced in just over the hour with no mess, Cost and charges advised on phone prior to agreement payment details given so no need to pay plumber. All very quick and efficient would recommend.”

“We tried to increase our boiler heat this afternoon as the wind was chilly, but we only managed to break it some how. Problem - no heating and no hot water. We found Rightio online, spoke to a pleasant young man on the telephone, we explained the problem and he told me that their man would be with me in a few hours. True to their word, a nice man called Michael arrived and got us back up and running with a temporary fix. He returned the next day with the required parts and now we are snug again.”

“The pipes were making a very loud noise disturbing our neighbors. We didn’t know how to fix it or quieten it. I had to take the day off work. The plumber arrived 20 minutes after my call. He had the replacement part and knew the problem instantly. He fitted a new part and sorted the problem.”

“had a plumber come out to fit my washing machine.when he left it started leaking,,phoned him over the next few days but said his van was broken. leak got worse so phoned rightio, customer service was first class, 1 hour later an engineer was at my door and within the hour the leak was fixed. mick the engineer was polite, clean, and professional. top service.thanks mick.”

“job reference 5832651.the drain that takes the water from the guttering was blocked for ages, recent heavy rain made me decide to get it cleared. called rightio who sent their drainage engineer mick to sort out the problem. within 1 hour problem solved. thanks rightio.”

“Excellent service, the friendly plumber arrived within two hours of our telephone call, and he completed the boiler repair work within the same day. The engineer took the time to understand our problem and explained everything so we were confident that he was able to solve our problem. “Unreliable. The electrician has failed to turn up twice - on both days I took time off work. Rightio said sorry but did not ever keep me up to date on when the electrician would arrive. When I phoned to cancel the job I was told Rightio can only book work, not cancel it and I would have to do so directly with the electricians dept - who were 'engaged', Rightio seem to have little control of their contractors and limited appreciation of basic customer service.”
