“You managed to find me in awful weather when British Gas and various other companies couldn’t. He arrived on time and despite a freezing cold garage and a mystery boiler problem wouldn’t give up!”

“Prompt and efficient, phoned at 7.30am, plumber was here within an hr, diagnosed problem, carried out swiftly. We had a burst pipe outside and couldn’t turn off stopcock, the water was gushing from 9pm last night, rang around last night and couldn’t get anyone. Started ringing around this morning and found you. Thankfully!”

“Very helpful staff on the phone and the engineer as well. If it wasn't for them my husband and I would be sitting in a cold house no heating or hot water and we are in our seventies and my husband is disabled.”

“Warren installed a combi boiler for us when our old boiler died. We were very impressed with Warren. He is extremely conscientious and checks and rechecks everything for safety. Our house is old with lots of stairs, not an easy job.”
