“The plumber thoroughly investigated the problem. Provide expert advice and was honest and considerate. It’s always a concern when inviting a tradesperson in to investigate a problem but the plumber from Rightio was pleasant, reassuring and confident.”

“Baraka Ali did a very good job. He determinedly rectified a manufacturing fault on my replacement heating element. He did not complain at the excessive heat in my bathroom (due to my being unable to open the window). He explained each aspect of the operation very clearly.”

“Leaky water tank and boiler installed within 2 days, work was completed on time with no hassles, the guys kept me involved in the whole process, explaining each step as they moved along, it's been a pleasure having these guys in my house, lovely cheery personalities too!”

“The engineer came as arranged nice change he was fast, efficient and very professional. Removed all rubbish left the bathroom as he found it. I would definitely recommend this company without hesitation. They were a breath of fresh air compared to some grumpy workmen you get.”

“Friendly and efficient engineer. Everything was thoroughly checked and all sorted in good time. Especially appreciate the help at very short notice. “The engineer who came for the Job was polite, and respectful. It was obvious that he was up to date with all the Gas safe regulations and worked carefully and methodically, discussing all the options before starting. At the completion of the job he cleaned up all the waste and rubble”

“Fantastic and fast and very nice gentleman who took a few minutes to say hello to our overly affectionate puppy (She sulked for nearly an hour after he left) Absolutely happy with the quality of craftsmanship and how clean he left the work area. If we need any more electrical work done, then we will be calling Rightio again!”
