“Terry did a great job and my boiler is now working but he also didn’t leave us with a false sense of security saying he couldn’t find a particular fault so was hoping he didn’t have to see us again in a really good way....but the boiler might break down again!”

“Very happy with the swift, professional & friendly service helping to solve my alarming outside tap leakage problem which had left me without water inside the house. Everyone else I had tried before finding the Rightio website had either not returned my call or been unable to help. Local Heroes couldn't even find me a hero! But John the plumber was with me within a couple of hours & was a total star! Many thanks :-) reasonable too.”

“The service I received was very fair. The outlet from the water meter was leaking and it was only by very careful analysis that Paul found the problem and tried another method of solving it. The call out was a repeat due to the unpredictable nature of the job but the service was quick in view of my limited timescales. Thank you for sorting it and clearly explaining what was wrong.”
