“From the telephone call with a very polite lady to the job completion, I am very impressed with this company. The guy who did the job Abi, rang me to say when he’d be here. He was very professional and friendly, he talked me through what he needed to do to fix my toilet, he checked and double checked it was fixed properly with no leaks. I’ve had plumbers in the past who made the job worse and made me feel uncomfortable. I hope I won’t need another service too soon but if I do it’ll definitely be Rightio.”

“The Plummer, Luke called in advance and arrived promptly. He examined the issue thoroughly and advised on what was the cause of the problem; luckily for me it wasn’t as bad as I’d expected. He advised on how long he expected the work to take and promptly set to work repairing the fault. After the job was completed he cleaned and tidied up. Excellent communications throughout, leaving me in no doubt as to what the issue was, what the cost would be and how long the job would take. Thank you for your assistance today, I am a very satisfied and happy customer.”

“Fantastic service, had an emergancy plumber from a different firm the night before as we had an overflow in the loft, who made an absolute bodge and totally cut off the hot water and said he would need to come back later to replace loads of valves. Obviously a rip off. Had to call Rightio today to get me back on hot water. Plumber came within an hour and a half who knew exactly what to do and sorted the job quickly. Brilliant service.”

“Rightio responded very quickly to my telephone request for help with a water leak, just before we were due to go on holiday. The charges were very clearly explained and transparent when I made the initial call. The engineer James arrived within a couple of hours. He was excellent, identified the problem very quickly, explained very clearly what he intended to do and capped the leaking pipe, all within 20 minutes. He then arranged to return to replace the damaged pipe as soon as we got back from holiday. Sure enough, he arrived exactly when he said he would and completed the job very quickly and efficiently. The service could not have been better. I would recommend Rightio and engineer James in particular without reservation, based on our experience.”

“Phil the plumber was prompt and set about the problem without delay. Soon had it fixed and made further checks down the drainage line. Obviously a very experienced and competent plumber with a friendly manner as a bonus ! A very positive experience all round.”

“Thank you right from my first contact with you I was kept informed of charges and payment kept informed of times and hourly slot when the engineer would arrive. The engineer diagnosed the problem ordered parts required and returned the following day and did the necessary repairs efficiently and professionally and left no mess. I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you again for a stress free service.”

“From the very beginning to the end I have been very impressed with both the speed and professionalism of Rightio. John (my engineer) was amazing and clearly is someone who takes pride in his work, he identified the issue quickly, and set about fixing it without any hassle. It is a relief to find someone that I feel I can trust and would highly recommend both him and Rightio to anyone who asks for a professional plumber. “The whole experience with Rightio was amazing from start to finish. Our electric shower gave up the ghost and we needed a new one. I telephoned at about 7.30 am. The call was answered immediately and extremely painless. The young woman who took the call was very polite and efficient. The engineer, Omar, arrived in less than 2 hours and was finished within an hour. He was extremely efficient and friendly. Brilliant service all round. I will definitely use Rightio again if I need emergency plumbing help and would have no hesitation in recommending them.”
