“I'm very happy that I was able to book a boiler service at a short notice. The gas engineer was professional and friendly. He also explained the things he was doing which was useful to know. Overall great service from the initial call to the final visit. Thank you”

“Really quick, we rang with no notice. I have a stoma, so having running water, a washing machine & a loo is essential. The plumber was really local. The initial price was reduced a little as it was our first time using the company & I think due to my health condition. The response was so quick & the guy was brilliant”

“"Would highly recommend Rightio! They kept in contact with us throughout and sent texts with regular updates of when we would expect the engineer. Gregg, the engineer, came out to our business to address a complex issue we were experiencing. From the moment he arrived (which was on time), his professionalism and expertise were evident. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a clear and thorough explanation of what needed to be done. Gregg was meticulous in his work, ensuring that every detail was addressed and that the fix was thorough and long lasting. He took time the time to explain each step of the process to us, making sure we understood what was being done and why. His patience and ability to communicate complex technical details in a very simple matter to me were greatly appreciated! Thanks Gregg! Our issue was resolved efficiently and effectively. We couldn't be happier with the service provided and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a skilled and knowledgable engineer. “Very good experience from initial phone call to repairs . When my electrics were out in my home I got an electrician the next day . Very happy with the work, electrician came to my home was very helpful and sorted the problem within the hour . Easy payment . Overall very satisfied”

“My engineer was fantastic! After numerous different plumbers looking at the problem he quickly and efficiently worked out where the leak was coming from and got it sorted quickly. Won’t use anyone else from now on the whole service from start to finish has been superb”

“The kitchen sink leaking a day after we moved in to the property was not the best of experiences. However, we were fortunate to get in touch with Rightio who promptly sent us a plumber on a Sunday to diagnose the leak and arrange for the repair task. I highly recommend the services of Rightio and wish them all the best!”

“Marking this has a ten because of your engineer has he was brilliant and efficient and a lovely guy but I feel like the office lets you down as they say they got so.s one local yet takes the engineer an hour to get to me And also the advertising has local engineers when clearly your not got local engineers is very miss leading”

“Engineer called and said a new shower was required. I bought the shower myself and he fitted it on a Saturday morning. Very good job, completely satisfied. Would certainly recommend.”

“When I rang I was treated with courtesy and efficiency and was surprised at how quickly they were able to help. The engineer arrived when they said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. He was very helpful and friendly.”
