“The engineer was punctual, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, & gave good advice. However the cost made me reconsider the Care Club plan. I've cancelled my plan at present but this is no reflection on the engineer. Sincerely Wendy”

“The engineer Stuart Alect arrived at the time quoted. He was very friendly and approachable and professional in his manner. The jobs were completed quickly and efficiently leaving no mess behind. I was very impressed with the service.”

“The job was done quickly and efficiently. Kurt communicated clearly with me before agreeing a time, arrived when he said he would, ran the washing machine to check that there were no leaks and cleared up afterwards. What more can you ask?”

“The engineer that came to my property was excellent. I felt very at ease and he fixed the problem with my boiler he is going to log what might need doing in the future so that if I ring back it will be documented and will be able to come with the part that could let me down .”

“I liked Ahmad the engineer who came. He quickly found the fault in my Wouster boiler, fitted a new cold water flow valve, radiators were checked, and got the central heating working again in addition to the domestic hot water. A nice fellow. He also provided details should I need him in future. Many Thanks for an efficient and quick rectification. Dave Fisher of Rednal.”

“Simon was fantastic, he explained where the blockage was and was efficient in dealing with the problem. Simon was friendly and efficient and has fixed the problem. Simon was also very informative about what to watch out for in future so we dont have a reoccurance of our problem. Simon was fantastic and we will highly recommend him and rightio to our friends and family. Thank you very much”
