“After a failed attempt to stop a leak a week previously, Home Emergency Assist, with whom I have a contract, were not even answering the phone. I phoned Rightio and there was a plumber round the next morning. He cured the leak successfully.”

“Prompt and efficient, phoned at 7.30am, plumber was here within an hr, diagnosed problem, carried out swiftly. We had a burst pipe outside and couldn’t turn off stopcock, the water was gushing from 9pm last night, rang around last night and couldn’t get anyone. Started ringing around this morning and found you. Thankfully!”
