Started out good. Engineer turned up as stated. Went to get a part and did not return. Day 2 after confirming he would be back next day now, still no engineer. Next available would be in another 2 days time. Asked them to call on mobile did the first few times then used the number I asked them not to use as the excuse we left you a message. There was a reason I asked you to use my mobile and not the landline.....

Prompt service and both jobs completed to good standard. Mohammed my engineer even managed to fit in a few extra jobs

The price for all work was aggried over the phone with two members of staff £272.73 ( VAT included)then £360 taken from my account and plus to that while plumber fit in the new electric shower, broked the tiles around. I contacted customerservice@rightio.co twice but no one seems to be budered to answer, pay difference back, fix the damage. Very disappointed. Not advice to no one.

Very efficient and kept me up to date via phone calls as to when he was arriving. Fixed the problem I had with the Sink straight away. Very happy with the service and manners of the guy that came out.

Plumber came late in the day (we are an office and close at 5.00). He was quite "off" as he was stressed with the amount of callouts he had that day. He duly informed me he would be 5 mins without even looking at the job, I informed him we were paying for 1/2 hour. He took 2 mins to look at the job and told me we needed someone like Dyno Rod. I immediately rang Rightio to inform them of my dissatisfaction that they would be charging for 2mins. However, in fairness they have said no charges will be required which I find extremely fair of them. Rightio wouldn't be my first recommendation to anyone I'm afraid.

The engineer, Mr Gafita, was knowledgeable about available options and clear about the amount of work that had to be done. He was friendly and professional. We were very happy with the service.

Dan the plumber turned up on time, soon found the problem with my boiler a faulty Fan he diagnosed the problem picked up the part and fixed the problem within an hour no extra charges very happy I would recommend.

Total fiasco. Booked weeks in advance but engineer didn’t turn up when planned. Then misinformed me twice about when the engineer was coming. Telephone operator claimed she had no record of my 2 calls which my smartphone confirms. Cancelled job. Getting a reliable gas engineer instead

Very quick response, plus clear info about costings and options. Engineer arrived within two hours - was fast, efficient and the work was carried put to a high standard. Excellent!

10+ for Nigel! Nigel was punctual, polite and very efficient in his work. His pipework when installed in the new boiler was worthy to be exhibited in the Tate Gallery. I give him 10+ !!!

The Rightio plumber was very quick to respond, and they let me know when he would arrive. He was very efficient in servicing the boiler, and he sorted out the programming for me. I would recommend this service.

The first offer of service was far too late in the day. I was then not given a time for the rearranged service visit until I had to ask. This arrangement was then delayed and finally the visit was cancelled as the engineer had been delayed again. This is unacceptable, I waited at home all day to no effect. Truly dreadful service.
