Very impressed with the service I received. I was ringing on behalf of a tenant who had a burst pipe. They agreed to come out the next day and they emailed me a confirmation/quote within minutes of finishing the call and were contacting my tenants to arrange a time before I got through to them! The work was then done the next day and was done to a good standard and was also very good value. All in all, I was very impressed and I hope I have finally found a plumbing company that I can rely on in the future (after being stung by many cowboys!)

Do not use this company. I've waited in all day for someone to service my boiler and despite being told someone would be with me by 5 pm when I called back to check I was told no one was coming and the next slot available was just under a week away. Really poor service and they've wasted my whole day. I appreciate that some jobs take longer and engineers can't keep a schedule because of that but the service was poor and no effort made to get someone else out within a short time frame. I'd advise using another company who'll hopefully have better service - couldn't be much worse!

Brilliant response came 1st thing next day. Combi boiler no heating. Repaired well within the time. Very professional. Cannot fault the overall service. A massive well done Kam Dixon the engineer

Booked a boiler service and was given a time slot of 12-2. No show so called customer services who said they would definitely be with me before 4. Received another call at 3.45 to say I would be the next job. I called the number they called on numerous times and no one picked up which was incredibly frustrating and then customer services would not pick up. Then no one turned up. A complete waste of a valuable days annual leave. A week later and I am still waiting for an apology. Oh sorry - 3 days later I did receive a message asking me to call them !!!! At my expense- I don’t think so. Very disappointed. I appreciate things can go wrong but the lack of contact was awful. I certainly won’t be using this company again. Very poor customer service.

Had these guys in twice over last couple months on separate issues with prehistoric obsolete gas central heating. Gas Safe chap diagnosed boiler in less than 15 mins, sourced a "years obsolete" master valve then fitted & set it up in an hour and a half! Sharpest Gas Fitter I ever met! Boiler now runs better than new. Previous plumber said "Can't fix it mate, but I can fit a new boiler for £1700" ! Next Rightio chap turned up within couple hours to a steaming overflow & blocked system. Diagnosed in under 15 mins & fixed with bits out the back of his van in under an hour. After a string of consistently duff plumbers over the years, I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Very satisfied indeed. You may have seen this review on trustpilot reviews. Well it's the same review I cut & paste here. Still happy with this firms work and customer service performance.

Everything! Charged an oap 300+ for 15 mins work unlocking a drain.. are you serious?? Absolutely disgusting. Cowboys!

If I could leave no stars I would my boiler had a miss firing pilot light reported on the 27/10 an engineer was supposed to come on the 30/10 noshow another engineer arrived on the 31/10 fixed the problem we thought. A few days later and it’s gone wrong again the fuse had blown couldn’t find cause fitted new fuse went an hour later another guy came out the next day changed fuse again said something else was needed left said would be back next day after at least 50 calls 9 turnouts and 3 missed appointments still no working boiler today is the 2/12 I’ve had no hot water for over 3 weeks no heating on and off for over 5 I’m disabled and very angry at the lack of response from the management they never return calls as promised I’ve cancelled doctors appointments an evening out and lastly cut my break short as they were due to come out and they never showed not even an apology now seeking legal advice.

Engineer didn't really know what he was doing on this job, spent 20 minutes saying my filter was broken when the only problem was the protection caps were not removed (in manual) then removed a non return valve as he didn't know what was (states do not remove in bold in the manual) told me it was a very odd fitting to connect piping to water supply (it was just a standard washing machine/dishwasher tap) then proceeded to state the job is very complicated and will have to have a second call out as it will take a few hours- I ended up cancelling this and fitting it all myself in under 90 minutes and at £99 per hour a fraction of the cost, called up to cancel the job and explain why and the operator didn't seem interested in the slightest- all in all an expensive bad decision, think I will stick to friendly local plumbers than through a company from now onwards

Engineer attended and payment was taken. Within 4 hours the Combi Boiler had lost all pressure again so no heating or hot water. Return appointment booked for 2 days later but Engineer failed to show. Chased all day with call-centre who promised Engineer was on route, promised to call me back but never did, right up to 17:30pm when they finally confirmed Engineer would be there in 3 days time. Wasted money (£130), wasted 1.5 days holiday from work, and 1 week later still without heating or hot water (family home with small children). Refund requested & will look elsewhere.
