“So impressed with Mark who came to see my boiler, I was worried it was leaking a little bit of water and Mark came and told me exactly how to get the best out of the boiler (I have only been in the new house a few months) he also said I needed a new part. He came back a week later at 6pm and fitted the new part in no time, he worked very hard, non stop, he was great. You are very lucky to have such a hard working employee.”

“Had a toilet cistern that wouldn't stop filling. Plumber replaced ball valve assembly and all now good. Excellent service (at a price of course) but had to get it sorted which it now is. Pleased with the service.”

“I telephoned on Sunday and requested a pluming engineer for Monday. My appointment was booked in and confirmed and Roy (the engineer) arrived Monday as planned. He was polite and efficient and fixed my problem. A really nice guy who knew what he was doing. Very pleased with the service.”

“Engineer turned up on time, was a tidy worker. Took time to explain to my brother what he had done to correct the problem and because my brother is elderly and easily confused he made sure that he was able to close the door and lock it the right way before he left.”
