“I’d like to say a big thank you to Joe the engineer who came to service my boiler today, he found a problem that needed an emergency call out from my gas supplier, he gave me a number and they came out within 2 hours and problem rectified, what a great service from rightio and they will now be my regular service provider….thank you!”

“Took on board any observations I had on the ongoing problem, where the symptomatic noises were centred, and then applied his own analysis of those which resulted in a swift, successful outcome. Was happy to take treatment to a more advanced level, in order to ensure the problem did not recur as it had been doing.
