“Your call centre and Ralph your engineer who turned up on my third attempt to get an appointment were excellent. Unfortunately you were let down by your first engineer who was not very helpful on his first visit and failed to turn up on subsequent visits albeit one cancellation was caused by the snow. Ralph fixed the problem quickly and with minimum disruption”

“Very helpful gentleman when I called about two blocked drains. Everything was explained re charges up front and received a prompt callback once engineer had been contacted. 2 lovely chaps arrived and solved problem within 30mins. Explained exactly what they had done, very clean tidy job.”

“Due to the bad weather my appointment was rescheduled a few times, but that was not a problem for me. A polite young man arrived yesterday to fit a new mixer tap in my kitchen. The job was done quickly and I was very happy to finally get it done. Yes I would use Rightio again.”
