Very happy with Electrician who came to rewrite a cable in my kitchen. He came on time and had the job done very quickly. He was well mannered and very accommodating. I will certainly call Rightio again .

The engineer arrived at the appointed time and was friendly and professional, he was able to fix our boiler in a couple of hours, he also did not charge any traveling time and I was impressed with how good they were.

The plumber from Rightio arrived at 11.30am & worked until 12.45pm. He quickly assessed the problem and set to work to solve it. At all times he was courteous and completed the work efficiently.

I recently experienced a minor leak and found Rightio online. I contacted Rightio for their help. The service was prompt, efficient and completely satisfactory and resulted in a brief visit where the engineer solved my problem.

The plumber arrived on time and did an excellent job He left the area cleaner and tidier than when he came and was all round first class. He even added in a bit of tiling to make the wall and shelf around the broken cistern complete. I would have no hesitation from using Rightio again, thanks very much.

Called and explained the job, was called back promptly with a same day time slot, engineer called to confirm timings one hour before arriving. He installed two new smoke alarms and sorted out a faulty one all on high ceilings, very efficient and pleasant. Engineer 5813, job 5826807

Locksmith turned up and without waiting for a key holder to be there opened the door and left with the burglar alarm going. To my knowledge, as I wasn’t there he didn’t t check the lock. A very expensive service which left my property vulnerable.

Toilet would not stop filling, had to turn off mains water to the house. Mick from rightio turned up and replaced the float valve. Good service.ref 5826045

Rightio were able to send an engineer the same day instead of having to wait days or weeks which you get with other companies. Competitively priced. Will definitely use them again.

I just want to say I big thank you to Kamil (engineer no: 5787) for doing a sterling job on fixing our leak under the kitchen sink. My wife and I were unsure whether the tape seal or the pipes were to blame for the heavy leak however, Kamil rose to the challenge and fixed the issue with no problem what so ever and within the first hourly cost... even though under our sink was very awkward to get to - A+ Kamil and thank you again.

We had a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink and called Rightio who dealt with our request swiftly. A plumber called Kamil came to fix the leak, he was very polite, clean and fixed it no problem at all. We're so happy to finally find a reliable and professional plumbing service, we've had so many problems with unreliable plumbers in the past not, wanting to come and fix such small plumbing issues. Speechless! Heating issue. So the engineer turns up and gets my heating working, however unable to turn heating off now! When I called I was told a another engineer visit was needed at an additional cost of 130.00. Shocking...as they did a partial fix on the first visit. Engineers responsibility should ensure that boiler/heating should be fully functional prior to departure. I would never use this company again and advise all readers to think careful before selecting. Very dissapointed and angry!!!!!

ref 5823645. Mick came out to us a few weeks ago to fit an immersion element for my tennant (no hot water.) unfortunately the thermostat blew due to a electrical problem(not micks fault) we phoned rightio who arranged for mick to come back and fit a new one. No hassle, No stress. Thanks mick.

Company charged my mother £113 for a leaky connection, so a five minute job and no parts necessary. When they left it was still leaking. I didn't want them in the house again but they said if I got someone else to fix it I couldn't have a refund but if their engineer comes out & it's a different fault they'll charge me again. How can it be a different fault and since I can't get in the loft he can tell me what he likes

We have no issue with the enganier they have sent out they always seem to do the best they can. Customer service is shocking. We have complained to 2 different managers and never get called back by them. The complaints don't seem to go anywhere and it's always another department's issue. The communications between the people you speak to and the enganier is shocking. We got told we need a part on the 1st job. When booking the second job we informed the person we booked the appointment with. They didn't tell the chap they sent out. Job 3 the chap had ordered the part we confirmed we needed the part, got a 0hone call to let us know he was picking up the part. Chap turned up and had no knowledge of the part and it wasn't on the paperwork! Part finally replaced (4weeks later) and the boiler serviced but still not working and have error codes and all we are getting is you will be called back shortly. Shocking from the office side no help at All!

Arrived promptly when booked however I think I was over charged as the engineer was only on sight for 15 minutes but I was charged a call out fee of £99
