Initially service was good. An engineer came out quickly assessed the problem with my boiler and said that they would order the part and return to fit it. I spent the next day trying to find out when this would be through the call centre and was consistently advised that the plumber was on a job and I would be called back later. The forth time I called I was advised that the engineer was not working that day, so there was obviously no chance that he would be returning, but they would chase it up and call me at 8am the next day to arrange the repair. Day 3 - no call so spent another 20 minutes listening to Enya before speaking to another advisor who initially tried to fob me off with an imminent call back, but did speak to the engineer who said there was no chance he would be out today. Still waiting for a date. Very inconvenient, zero customer service.

Excellent response - plumber arrived within an hour of call and replaced a broken kitchen tap in less than an hour.

On 5th August 2017 I asked for a plumber to fit a new immersion heater. Rightio sent a plumber with a job sheet for a leaking hot water tank. The plumber then had to leave my premises to buy what I said was needed in the first place. During the plumbers absence the hot water tank over flowed through the immersion heater hole he had left open and flooded the property. I supplied three quotes for redecoration as requested. Rightio sent the same plumber back twice, once to paint over the damage, which would have been entirely inadequate and a second time to rephotograph and report back to Rightio on the damage. Rightio promised to resolve the issue by Friday 3rd November. It is now Wednesday 15th November. Rightio have not resolved the issue and clearly are not taking my calls as I have tried to call on several occasions but they appear to recognise my home phone number and the phone goes unanswered. My advice to anyone considering using Rightio is dont, they are expensive and, from my experience, treat customers extremely badly. I now have water damaged walls and unless I take legal action against Rightio I will have to stand the cost of rectifying the damage myself. Do not trust them, I will never do any business of any type with them in the future and recommend that you do not either. Eugene Futcher

We manage properties and its nice when you need a tradesman to phone Rightio and have it sorted for you. They keep you informed as to when the tradesman will arrive and to how much the job should cost. Would recommend

Although the problem was not solved with this visit at least all possible causes have been ruled out and advise was very helpful as to where we can go from here.

The engineer spent 2 hours assessing the job and thentold us it would cost about£1000 pounds to complete on a later date. We felt this was rather a lot and had already got a bill for about £150 for the assessment. We later employed a local engineer who did the assessment free and completed the job for less than half the price. I would never use this service again.

Nothing wrong with the service and the plumber was courteous. The problem is the extortionate prices. The lady on the phone explained the rates before we went ahead. I estimated the bill to be around £400 tops. It turned out at £530+. Won't be using them again, and if you take my advice, wait a couple of days for a local plumber and save yourself some money

No one ever came. Took unauthorised payment, promised to refund - didn't. One month later still fighting to receive repayment. It couldn't be any worse.

Furious with the lack of service I've received. I found Rightio online, with the promise of same day call out. They phoned me later to tell me they could only do first thing in the morning. I accepted as I was promised I would be the first call of the day between 8-9. I made arrangements to take the morning off work and of course it gets to 9:30 and still no show... I phone and they apologise and say someone will contact me... at 10:15 I'm then phoned and told the engineer is on their way. 10:30 I'm called again to say, there is no parking so the booking should have never been booked in the first place! They had asked me about parking yesterday and I told them their wasn't any! Complete waste of my time!

Disgusting service from the locksmiths that came. The man that came to fix my porch door told me the lock mechanism was broken and proceeded to crow bar and drill my front door, he has damaged all the door and the door frame to the point where I now need a new one. Charged me £147 and left me with nothing but a damaged door which I now need to replace. I did not ask him to break my door open I asked him to fix the lock, if he couldn't have done it he should have left. When complaining I have no joy and their customer service is terrible. I would never go with this company ever again and would not recommend it. I also had a phone call the day after to say I hadn't paid the money even though I had given them my card details when I booked. Shambles of a company
