“Polite, experienced, friendly, considerate y mum has dementia and he was thoughtful about that when explaining things. He also gave good advice about how to look after the tap so it lasts longer. Thank him for us we really appreciate it.”

“Great Plumber arrived a couple of hours after emergency call for help. Very friendly and fixed leak skilfully and quickly. Your never sure these days when you call a contactor what you'll get, with this expert speedy service it was extremely impressive. Great service, thank you!!”

“Engineer was excellent,he came within 5 mins of stated time and he knew right away what the problem was and had barrel in van to change it over quickly,so all in all a perfect job and i couldn't fault him or the company and now I'm delighted and feel safe again with new lock on door.”

“From my initial call for help up to the moment a very cheery electrician (Farhood) waved goodbye, I had an extremely fast, efficient and very friendly service - from all concerned: receptionist, office staff and Farhood. I really can't praise them all enough. So many, many thanks guys! Splendid.”

“Excellent service from Rightio, first impression at contact centre was extremely good, Lydia was spot on and very friendly and gave thorough overview of all aspects of my request for toilet repair and new tap installation.
