“Farhood did an excellent job. He was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. Farhood arrived on time, explained clearly what he needed to do to complete the job and got on with it. He checked in with me throughout the job to ensure I was happy with the work and that the siting of the light fitting was correct. I was very happy with the final resultnand would happily recommend Farhood as an excellent and very skilled electrician.”

“Thanks to a burst pipe outside my property and after being let down by another plumber, I had been without water all day. Craig was fantastic, he stayed on late to come out the same night and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend!”

“On 9th January 2023, I called Rightio and got a response straightaway. A subcontractor engineer turned up that evening, looked at the problem and went away. I later received a quote for, as it turned out, a bill for £580.00 The original engineer was unable to return. On 19th January 2023,one of Rightio's own engineers turned up and the job did not involve as much work as originally estimated nor did it involve draining my cylinder or take as long to do. A valve was replaced and I was pleased that Rightio had adjusted my bill to £216.74. I have taken an annual policy with them which also got me a discount on this job. I would gladly recommend them for being patient with my panicked calls based on this problem being an urgent one for me as I am soon going on a short holiday and feared returning home to a flooded house. Excellent job and peace if mind with the annual policy which I hope not to need the use of.”

“Diagnosed the problem with our central heating straightaway and was able to fix it immediately because he was carrying the part in his van. We were extremely pleased that the fault was remedied on the same day that we phoned Rightio for help. Superb service!”

“Jamie, the engineer was brilliant …from start to finish, he was professional, informative, relatable and fair. He kept us informed throughout the process and the replacement boiler was completed within 24 hours of initial attendance . Thanks to Jamie and the team, my 84 year old father in law remains warm and healthy . Thank you ⭐️”
