“Service was very prompt - here within about an hour. Operative was helpful and pleasant and had the problem fixed very quickly. I also like the back up texts and e-mail invoice etc.”

“They say they don't charge a call out, but the job that they attended for me was a small leak on the shower tray. They said a new one was required and this one couldn't be fixed. No work was carried out (but they would quote for it) and the call out was chargeable as "diagnosis". So over £100 for what appears to be nothing. Avoid.”

“I was pleased with the service. It was an emergency 2 days before Christmas. I was told up front what the cost would be, kept informed by text of the waiting time and a plumber turned up in about an hour or so. He seemed to know what he was doing, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and it has not recurred as yet! All in all it was exactly what we needed.”

“Waited a while call out 12- 2 didn't arrive till 4-15 a phone call to say plumbers were running late would of been good otherwise service good”
