“Fantastic experience, from first contact with an emergency call out. Ian arrived within 2 hours. Ian was very polite and pleasant. Leaking main shut off valve was repaired within 30 minutes. Fabulous experience. Thank you.”

“Felt like you could trust the person on the phone to book in, not an 0800 telephone number and when the plumber arrived amazingly helpful, polite and sorted the problem out. You said you would arrive today and you did, in this instance it was particularly important. We have used yourselves before for an electrical job.”

“Michael our electrician was absolutely Excellent. He was working 13- 14 hrs days. He was very polite & answered all our questions...He Alway's cleared up every day before he went home. The only down side was we had quite a few bin bags to clear to the tip after the job was finished...But that is the only thing wrong...The rest EXCELLENT”

“Darren the engineer arrived, and from the beginning correctly addressed the problem involved. He gave options to render and eventually allowed my choice - even though slightly more expensive but suiting are decision to allow us comfort and be even more pleased. I will always use Darren, via Rightio as there means to do a job is certainly of my liking.”

“James the plumber arrived exactly when he said he would. The toilet where the leak was coming from, was not easily accessible, as it was boxed in by a vanity unit, but James managed to take a video, & ascertain where the problem was. He fixed the leakage, & even went to the additional trouble of taking the ruined carpet down to the garage. I am disabled & would not have been able to manage this myself. I am very impressed with the service that James & the Rightio company have provided, & would recommend them to anyone.”

“Absolutely superb service from Hamid. Knowledgeable, courteous and extremely efficient. Found an addition sink leak I was unaware of and solved the problem. Very impressed with the cost of the job too, I was expecting a bill far higher than that I paid, and this was for the additional work too. First class. Thoroughly recommend Rightio and its Plumber Hamid.”

“I am very happy with the service I have received from RIGHTIO today. The engineer was extremely efficient and completed the task promptly. My washing machine is now working efficiently following the outlet been unblocked. I am a grateful customer and certainly would use RIGHTIO Services again should there be a need.”
